Quotas Exceeded
All server accounts are limited by quotas. They keep people from using too much disk space. If you run out of room on your account, there is no place to store mail.

If you receive the following message you need to decrease your disk space usage:
procmail: Quota exceeded while writing "/var/spool/mail/youraccount"
550 5.0.0 <you@yourdomain.com>... Can't create output

Domain Name Expired
Payment of your domain name to your registrar is important. If your domain name fails, it probably means that you didn't pay the necessary costs to your domain registrar.

Account Close
Failure to pay Digital Indigo for your hosting account will result in account closure. If you have an outstanding bill due to Digital Indigo, this may be the problem.
