Mail
Merge is the ability to customize a general e-mail to all
of its recipients. For instance, you may design an e-mail
that is supposed to automatically fill in the recipients
name, such as "Dear Mr. Smith."
We'll be glad to design a mail-merged e-mail solution
for you. All we need is a database or delimited text file
containing the information you want to include in the body
of your e-mail. We usually recommend a database with the
following fields:
- Title
(Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr.)
- First
Name
- Middle
Name
- Last
Name
- E-mail
Address
Administrated
Mailing Lists
Certain organizations frequently mail a common list or group
of people. For these companies we recommend a mailing list.
The mailing list can be fully administrated via the web. You
can add users, delete users, and chance user profiles.
If
you wish to provide a collaboration area, we can enable
your list such that members can then login into the list
and easily send their e-mail to the rest of the group.
