Do you support PHP? What version?
Digital Indigo specializes in developing PHP code. Thus we keep the
latest stable version running on our servers. PHP is included in all of
our hosting plans.

How many e-mail accounts do I get? What about transfer limites and disk space?
This depends on the hosting plan you have selected. Please visit Hosting Plans to find out the allowances with your account.

Do you support MySQL and/or PostgreSQL?
MySQL and/or PostgreSQL are available at $9.95 a month each. The size of your database counts towards you overall disk usage allowance.

Do you have CGI Bin directories?
People can create a CGI bin on our system. But we also allow .cgi scripts to run anywhere within the user's web directory. Some hosting companies don't like to do this, but we allow it since it adds for a more flexible system for developers.

Do you offer a Control Panel Service?
We don't have any control panel yet. Ocassionally we have users ask about
this. Our philosophy is to do all the complex system configs for our users, so they don't have to deal with the confusion. The lack of a control panel also allows us to highly customize things for our high-end developers, without having to adhere to the stricts standards of a control-panel system.

Do I get Web Server Stats? How often?
Web site stats are generated ever day. They can be found at the domain's
web address/webstats. Thus if you hosted www.joesmith.com with us, you would go to www.joesmith.com/webstats to see the web stats. Web stats reports are updated every 12 hours.

How long does it take to transfer a domain name?
Depending on the cooperation of a business and their registrar (the place where they bought their domain name), domain transfers can take 48 hours to a week.

Is it possible to access my e-mail through the web?
Digital Indigo provides webmail for all of it's hosting customers. Webmail can be found at the domain's web address/webstats. Thus if you hosted www.joesmith.com with us, you would go to www.joesmith.com/webmail. Customers without a domain name can go to www.digitalindigo.com/webmail.

Do I get credits for referring new customers?
Typically, we give our customers a free month of hosting for each customer they refer to us. For more information about our referral program, check out the Indigo Incentives web page.

Does Digital Indigo have an alliance program?
We do have an alliance program to help other Internet Developers and Web Development Firms. These companies receive the following benefits:
