- Company Name (if applicable)
- Address

- Zipcode
- Telephone

If
you plan to host a domain with us we will need to know:
- The domain name you would like us to register
- Alternative
domain names if we cannot register your first choice
- Whether
you want personal mailbox, or mail for this domain forwarded
to an existing e-mail address
If
you have an existing domain name and wish to transfer it
to Digital Indigo for hosting, we will need to know:
- The domain name to be transferred
- The
username/password for your FTP account (if you wish us
to take care of the file transfers)
- The names of all e-mail (POP) accounts for this domain
