Each base virtual server features the following:

Customers receive their own root access, and full access to all system files. This gives all the advantages of having a dedicated machine.
Virtualization allows us to reboot the machine, or upgrade the amount of processors, and RAM with minimal system downtime (less than 3 minutes).
In the rare event that a system experiences severe problems, virtualized machines can be transferred to new hardware in a matter of minutes, with minimal downtown. Digital Indigo maintains hot spare servers, to facilitate rapid recovery.
All hardware is stored in our secure data center located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
