Liability
You agree to hold Digital Indigo Technologies, its partners, spin-offs, associates, employees, and any/all entities related to or part of Digital Indigo harmless for any and all damages, loss of profit, injury, loss of data, and/or damage or corruption to tangible or intangible materials related to hosting or collocation with Digital Indigo.

Unsolicited E-mail
Digital Indigo prohibits unsolicited e-mail, commonly called spam. Any customer, individual, and/or entity using Digital Indigo servers to produce mass, facilitate, or receive mailings of an unsolicited nature will be prosecuted. This includes the use and/or abuse of other servers via open relays, CGI scripts, or any software. Customers can be held liable for any and all costs and damages associated with the distribution of SPAM.
