Usage Policy
Terms of Use for Digital Indigo customers using DIT servers,
collocation, or services.

Liability
You agree to hold Digital Indigo Technologies, its partners, spin-offs,
associates, employees, and any/all entities related to or part
of Digital Indigo harmless for any and all damages, loss of profit,
injury, loss of data, and/or damage or corruption to tangible
or intangible materials related to hosting or collocation with
Digital Indigo.
Illegal
Material
You agree not to distribute, store, host, or disseminate any material,
graphics, and/or information related to music piracy, images piracy,
intellectual property, or data of any nature in which you or your
entity is not the sole, or authorized copyright holder, or data
of any nature that is considered illegal by United States law.
Prohibited
Material
Digital Indigo strictly prohibits certain materials from its network,
servers, and collocation systems. You agree not to distribute,
download, and/or store the following: pornography of any type;
slanderous, racist, defamatory, obscene material; any graphics,
pictures, sounds, text, or data which Digital Indigo deems to
be inappropriate.
System
Usage
User agrees not to abuse system resources. This includes memory,
hard drive space, temporary space, network resources, CPU usage,
and/or drive access. If, in Digital Indigo's discretion, a customer
is abusing any system resources user agrees to stop abusive process
punishable by account termination.
File
system use
User agrees to adhere to the disk usage quota for their particular
plan. All plans have a limit of 7,500 inodes (or files). Usage
beyond the quota of disk space or inode use is subject to automatic
system limits. User understands that all areas of aformentioned
in the Liability Section hold true in cases where quota
or inode limits are exceeded. Files stored on the server are to
be of a web-related nature. Storage of large media files, backup
files, file archives, or files deemed to be of "excessive
size" are prohibited.
Unsolicited
E-mail
Digital Indigo prohibits unsolicited e-mail, commonly called spam.
Any customer, individual, and/or entity using Digital Indigo servers
to produce mass mailings of an unsolicited nature will have their
account immediately deactivated. This includes the use and/or
abuse of other servers via open relays or otherwise in which the
transmission originates from a customers account of the Digital
Indigo servers. Customers can be held liable for any and all costs
and damages associated with the distribution of SPAM.
Digital
Indigo is the sole and final arbiter of what is deemed to be appropriate
and inappropriate content, data, and usage of hardware and services.
All data and content deemed prohibited or abusive by Digital Indigo
will be subject to immediate removal and account suspension and/or
deativation.
