Additionally, we will not accept any products or engineering designs from any subcontractor or company who uses products from these companies in designs or products submitted, engineered, or produced for Digital Indigo use. |

An inability to correct this problem after three (3) failures in a row on the same installation leads us to believe that Seagate cannot produce reliable products for a high quality of service (QoS)., |

An extensive voice menu system makes it nearly impossible to get a real human for support. In the case of connecting to a human they usually are inept in their proficiency of the American English language making this company one of the worst in terms of customer service. |
